Through education and training, employment services, pathways and transitional support, the priority of Diversitat Youth Services is to provide young people with opportunities to pursue their personal and vocational goals and interests.

Youth Education enjoys a 95% success rate in placing students in successful and attainable pathways. Since  July 2009, Youth Employment (Job Services Australia) has provided a specialist service for young people aged 15 - 25 years, placing 80 clients into sustainable employment and 41 into further education.
