Traineeships provide both new and existing employees with the opportunity to engage in meaningful employment whilst receiving formal training towards a nationally recorgnised qualification.
Government incentives and support provides employers with the ability to undertake employment-based training programs that up-skill their workforce within their own business environment.

Employers hiring an Australian apprentice may be eligible for a range of Australian Government and State Government incentives.
These incentives encourage employers to offer employment-based training opportunities that will encourage people to acquire and expand their working skills.
Traineeship programs are funded by Skills Victoria to deliver training through private registered training organisations (RTOs) such as Diversitat.
Australian Government incentives are available to eligible employees and employers.
