This is a one-day intensive course. It is suitable for all Managers and Supervisors of food premises as it satisfies current Health Legislation concerning Food Safety Supervisor Training. Prerequisite unit for this course is the Food Handlers Certificate, from the Hospitality Training Package which is required to be sighted at enrolment.
