Food Handlers Certificate

This course satisfies the requirements of State legislation for those employed in the food service industry or the Community Services sector and gives participants the skills and knowledge to prepare and handle food.  Participants will learn about food hazards, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitising as well as the legal responsibilities within the food industry.
