Credit Transfer

Do you already have a full or partial qualification? Then you may be eligible for credit transfer.
Credit Transfer refers to recognition of relevant qualifications you already hold. Diversitat Training (RTO 5819) recognises all qualifications gained under the Vocational Education and Training Quality Framework at any Registered Training Organisation (RTO) across Australia. This means that participants who successfully complete a unit/module at another RTO, that is identical to a Nationally Accredited unit/module offered at Diversitat, may apply for credit for that unit or module.

 Why Apply?
If a learner has already successfully completed a unit/module that is included in the qualification they wish to study at Diversitat Training, this credit will then be counted towards relevant studies at Diversitat.

This means that the you (the participant) will not have to study and gain credit for this unit/module again.

How Do I Apply?
It is simple to apply for Credit Transfer, it is a four-step process:

1. Collect Evidence. Assemble original Certificate and Transcript /Statement of Attainment and Transcript that clearly show the units/modules completed and the results obtained. All documents must be deemed authentic by a Justice of the Peace.
2. Complete the Application Form. Available upon request at Diversitat Training.
3. Submit Documentation. Hand in your Application Form and evidence when you enrol.
4. Evidence Reviewed. Your evidence will be compared to the unit/module in your course and appropriate credit given towards a student’s course where applicable.

If you are not sure about whether to apply for Credit Transfer, you should see your course coordinator or trainer to discuss your situation.

What Does It Cost?
There is no fee for Credit Transfer.
