ACFE Funding

Many of our courses offer ACFE funding.  ACFE eligible clients must be permanent residents or Australian Citizens and have had limited access to education at the post compulsory school level.  The training is delivered to a broad range of Victorians including young people, older people, people with a disability and people from diverse cultural backgrounds.  Call our office on 52242329 and discuss your eligibility with one of our course coordinators.

Parents Returning to Earning

The Returning to Earning program provides support for parents to return to work after an absence caring for children. Grants of up to $1000 are available which can be used to cover any costs associated with approved training, such as books and materials, course fees, transport and childcare.

New Workforce Partnerships (NWP)

Diversitat is funded by the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) to deliver NWP.

NWP aims to fill a number of skill shortage vacancies identified within the Geelong Region by the Department and local employers.

Diversitat works with a main target group for this program of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) clients who are looking for employment in the Aged Care, Allied Health and Manufacturing industries.

Diversitat has formed strong links with local industry groups and we work with clients and employers to ensure job seekers are trained and supported to fill available vacancies.

Clients who fit the target group are registered with Diversitat NWP and receive assistance with developing a resume, interview and presentation skills and job search guidance.

Funding Opportunities

Employers

Australian Government incentives are available to eligible employees and employers.

Employers hiring an Australian apprentice may be eligible for a range of Australian Government and State incentives.

These incentives encourage employers to offer employment-based training opportunities that will encourage people to acquire and expand their working skills.

Traineeship programs are funded by Skills Victoria to deliver training through private registered training organisations (RTOs) such as Diversitat.

For funding information go to the Australian Apprenticeships Incentives Program Summary.

Diversitat Training helps all of our clients set up their appropriate funding, traineeship programs and delivery.
