Become a Great Trainer

This challenging but rewarding course is for individuals who are currently working in a training
capacity or perhaps considering becoming a trainer. The TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and
Assessment is the minimum qualification required by trainers and assessors to teach and assess within
TAFE, VET in schools and private Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

This certificate allows you to train with confidence, giving you all the skills you need to lead training groups, assess competency and plan and implement programs. More and more employers require you to have the latest training and assessment qualification and this course is also suitable for individuals who would like to undertake professional development. Bridging courses are available and we will assist you with any Recognition of Current Competency (RCC).
