If you have a genuine love of music performance, start your music career here. A performance-based course where you will learn Jazz and Latin music theory, composition and arrangement, how to analyse musical styles and create a context of music history, extend your repertoire and gain industry experience. This course is taught by respected industry professionals and highly-skilled musicians. The only Cert IV level music course in the country you can use as a pathway to the Advanced Diploma of Music (Jazz) at GMEC.

Entrance Requirements
All potential applicants are required to attend a pre-training interview, fill out an application form and pay an application fee prior to course commencement.
· Demonstrated interest & involvement in music.
· Completion of VCE Music highly regarded.
· Basic computing skills.
· Competence in at least one instrument or voice.
· Attend a musical or vocal audition.
