This qualification is designed to provide existing workers with the skills and knowledge required to successfully coordinate and manage services in the disability sector, or to work in specific disability support roles.

Workers at this level may work autonomously and/or have responsibility for the supervision and/or management of other staff, volunteer, students, programs or services.
