This advanced course will prepare students for senior or management roles in a range of industries. Develop strong management, leadership and decision making skills and receive training in organisational development, strategic planning and managing risk and change. Students will learn to develop and implement business plans, and gain skills in developing diversity policy and planning compliance management systems.
