Acting as a Job Services Australia provider, Diversitat focuses on assisting job seekers to gain the skills and training they need to find employment.

Job seekers have greater access to training, skills development and other flexible assistance at times better suited to their individual needs.

Diversitat is proud to offer Geelong’s only youth specialist employment service as well as providing the only employment service in the region which is tailored to suit the needs of adult, multicultural clients.

In its first 12 months of operation, Diversitat Adult Employment Services successfully placed 110 clients into sustainable employment or further education with 33 of those coming from multicultural backgrounds. In the same period, Diversitat Youth Employment Services successfully placed 80 young people into sustainable employment and 41 into further education.
