What is TRACE?

TRACE is an online guide for migrant communities to easily acess information on aged care. TRACE also contains information on aged care services in Geelong and the Borough of Queenscliff. This website will help you or your loved one to make an informed decision about the future of your care. 

How do I use TRACE?

To the left of the screen, you will find a list of different options. By clicking on each option with your mouse, you will be taken to a different page with more information. The list of options on the right will always be present as you use this website.
