WORKFORCE PARTICIPATION PARNTERSHIPS (WPP)
Diversitat is funded by the Department For Victorian Communities (DVC) to deliver WPP.
WPP aims to fill a number of skill shortage vacancies identified within the Geelong Region by the Department and local employers.
Diversitat works with a range of target groups including:
- Young Job seekers between the ages of 15 and 24
CALD clients
Mature age clients over the age of 45
Diversitat has formed strong links with local industry groups and we work with clients and employers to ensure job seekers are trained and supported to fill available vacancies.
Clients who fit the target groups are registered with Diversitat WPP and receive assistance with developing a resume , interview and presentation skills and job search training. Where appropriate Diversitat funds and delivers accredited pre vocational training and industry specific accredited coerces such as Aged Care , Hospitality and Food Handling.

· Transportation
· Food processing
· Retail
· Hairdressing
· Aged Care
Job Seekers Can receive assistance with
· Developing a skill and training needs analysis
· Enrolling and subsidising candidates to undertake accredited training
· Checking and preparing resume’s
· Assisting with job search and matching
· Introducing candidates to potential employers
· On the job case management and support
Employers Receive:
· Highly skilled and motivated job seekers
· Specific pre employment training to ensure job seekers are job ready
· Access to on going employer training and mentoring
· Two weeks wage subsidy at sixteen weeks employment
