| Youth create artworks for silent auction fundraiser |
|
Our students have chosen to fund raise for "Jirrahlinga Koala and Wildlife Sanctuary" in an attempt to meet outcomes for their VCAL certificate, while contributing positively to the local community. Your donation or bid not only supports a charitable cause, but also assists students who were previously disengaged from mainstream education in completing their educational goal of receiving a senior secondary qualification. Please support our students by purchasing a limited edition print or participating in a silent auction for original artworks, both options a great way to brighten up your office space! To bid in the silent Auction, please email your bid the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Updates will be sent regularly to let you know if you need to adjust your bids! Upon completion of the auction prints or painting will be available for pick up from the Old Post Office Youth Services Hub or delivery may be arranged upon request. Paintings will also be available for viewing on the 5th of December from 1:00 to 2:30pm during their end of year art exhibition. This exhibition has been organised by another class in the Xpress Program, and will take place in the student classrooms at the Old Post Office Youth Hub, 83 Ryrie Street Geelong.
