Have you ever wanted to volunteer? The Diversitat Volunteer Tutor Program has tutor training commencing next Thursday evening, 20th October for new tutors joining the program.

Volunteer tutors support new adult migrants and refugees with English language learning. They are also a vital lifeline into the community, simply by sharing their local knowledge with people for whom Australia is a new land. Tutoring is a home-based program where the volunteer visits their student at home, for around one to two hours per week, to help with learning English and generally understanding the Australian way of life.
