The 2011 Food of the World Festival will offer a delightful menu of fine cuisine from the French, Japanese, Sudanese, Egyptian, Indian, Spanish, Karen, Iranian, Mauritian and Italian communities. These communities have held Cultural Cooking Workshops at Wholefoods over the last year, sharing the secrets of their traditional recipes with workshop participants. There will also be live music and dance with an international theme and stunning displays of art and craft from some of the participating communities.
