Commencing in September, Diversitat will be holding a number of 'Chevapi' (sausage) sizzles on the steps of the Geelong West Town Hall on Pakington Street as fundraisers. 

Geelong weightlifter Daniel Koum is travelling to Paris in November to compete in the World Championships. Daniel is top ranked Australian in the 62kg division. This competition is an important step in gaining a selection in the Australian Olympic Team for Commonwealth Games in London. The first two Chevapi sizzles will assist Daniel in raising funds for his journey to Paris, hopefully securing himself a spot at the Olympics.
