Diversitat's Training Department, now incorporating GATE, has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months and is successfully delivering quality training and educational programs within the community.
An exciting opportunity has now become available and we are seeking two suitably qualified and experienced full-time managers to focus on leading a team of skilled staff to achieve excellence of the program areas.
Reporting to the General Manager of Training and Education, the newly created roles will work with the program staff and their key area of responsibility will be the strategic development and management of training and education initiatives within their specific areas.
Manager - Training & Migrant Education - Responsible for Short Courses, AMEP (Adult Migrant English Program) and ESL (English as a Second Language) programs.
Manager - Accredited Training - Responsible for programs including Traineeships, Nationally recognised Training , Access and WPP (Workplace Participation Project)
Both positions require relevant sectoral knowledge and experience, as well as, proven project and human resource management skills. The successful applicant will also have experience with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) programs and individuals.
