It has grown from an organisation concentrating on Immigration and Welfare issues in the 80’s, to a diverse community establishment offering the CALD and General Community services in Aged Care, Employment and Training just to name a few. Further information is available on (03) 5221 6044. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Diversitat's Training Department, now incorporating GATE, has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months and is successfully delivering quality training and educational programs within the community. An exciting opportunity has now become available and we are seeking two suitably qualified and experienced full-time managers to focus on leading a team of skilled staff to achieve excellence of the program areas. Reporting to the General Manager of Training and Education, the newly created roles will work with the program staff and their key area of responsibility will be the strategic development and management of training and education initiatives within their specific areas. Manager - Training & Migrant Education - Responsible for Short Courses, AMEP (Adult Migrant English Program) and ESL (English as a Second Language) programs. Manager - Accredited Training - Responsible for programs including Traineeships, Nationally recognised Training , Access and WPP (Workplace Participation Project) Both positions require relevant sectoral knowledge and experience, as well as, proven project and human resource management skills. The successful applicant will also have experience with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) programs and individuals. If you have the ability to juggle competing demands, exceptional analytical, verbal and written communication skills, a strong team approach, a sense of ownership of your work and can hit the ground running, we would like to hear from you.
