Diversitat currently employs over 100 staff and 100 sessional trainers and casuals within our 7 sites around Geelong. It has grown from an organisation concentrating on Immigration and Welfare issues in the late 70's and 80's, to a diverse community establishment offering the CALD and General Community services in Aged Care, Employment and Training just to name a few.
In August 2008 GATE (Geelong Adult Training and Education) merged with Diversitat with majority of the programs combining with our Training Department.
With a range of services offered across all departments, Diversitat seek dedicated and loyal staff that can provide skills within a variety of fields complementing our programs. In turn, we offer a community focused, flexible, family friendly, intellectually engaging and satisfying workplace. As a multicultural organisation, we encourage applications from Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) and Indigenous people.
Diversitat welcomes applications from enthusiastic and passionate people who wish to join our dynamic family.
