Diversitat Aged Care Services
Through the delivery of services and programs, Diversitat Aged Care Services promotes independence for isolated older people from culturally diverse backgrounds by providing support and socialisation opportunities. Our project workers aim to improve access and equity issues for older CALD community members, and assist and inform aged care service providers to ensure culturally best practice.
